Terms of Service
Coaching relationship
Coaching with Lauren Coll Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking partnership. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.
Connection calls
The 30-minute connection call is free and carries no obligation. Booking a call confirms you are happy to be contacted by email about your session.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be counted as delivered.
Payments
Paid programs and products are billed securely through Stripe. Digital products, including workbooks, are non-refundable once delivered.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays between us, except where disclosure is required by law.
